Welcome to this, our little second part of the FIACaforium 2009. We'll go tour the Grand Palais this time, the evening of the vernissage. People already tanked on champagne turn out to be a very mingleworthy crowd, so let's have a look.

playing the waiting game

oh an abandoned tv screen

something in a box

my personal favorite

can you hear with all the noses of your face?

fancy hat enthousiasts convention

aww they look like little angels

pink?

oh and this one can come in handy more than just once per year

corner impressions

that watermellon seems to be here every year. rotten to the core?

trash pickup

the style police

ok, I give you a guy in high heels, a poncho, plaid pants, jeans shirt and as undeniably important accessoire: a gourd. Something no good household can survive without these days it seems.

wish we could buy the Grand Palais, its the real star of the show

antholithus pommery

a door, anyone?

sweet suit

zen

almost useful as bookshelves when turned upside down

well in absence of aesthetic criteria, who makes the rules anyway?

blurry lady

I want her hat

and her hair

and that wall opening

it's Perrotin obviously

confused?

movie night

chinese residential towers

did someone hijack Dan Graham?

now cover your left eye and read this line please

better than Buren columns

essential questions

killer carpet

killer concert

esoterics united

bauhaus in a post-bauhaus world

religious stones

Et moi je te dis que tu es Pierre, et sur cette pierre je bâtirai mon Église

Karl exposed

looks suspiciously Italian to me

Andy Warhol and his ladyfriend

in the design department

art for the masses

an I for an I

Andy! Finally there you are!

whats the FIAC without a Warhol?

good one

she loves Brancusi

Hornbach meets MoMA

the world of no-pants

Dubuffet

the 3 Stooges?

ah yes. Change...

captured clouds

explosion clouds

captivated by the screen

tiny though

"she said THAT?"

"oh and we need to do the groceries tomorrow morning darling"

number one

uncovering an ear

he is digging it

did someone say "crisis"?

maybe yellow?

lovely

crossing time from here to there: priceless

the ghost who lives in your trashcan

do the Nauman everyone!

"so whats on tv later on?"

vestiges

burned out? listless? tired?
