Hole number 38 and Magritte at the Tuileries

This here is also very confusing. Nevermind how much it may remind you of certain paintings by surrealist Belgian painter Magritte, there seems to be a slight problem with lighting the lights in the middle of the sunniest day of the whole week in the Tuileries. No one dares to use the word budget crisis here apparently?
