Obama Night at Studio 55 with Bush Shoethrowing Extravaganza

Surrounded by the artwork of Sich, an exhibition called "ego trip", this place was the perfect spot for a quite big crowd to celebrate a bit of Obama in Paris before the inauguration next week.
Karl as "mister KFC"
The "Burger King"
Jack in the Box
McMarilyn
Woody Burgers
the beautiful people and their shoes
gold teeth
the "yes we card"
Let's mingle with the crowd!
Yo!
Emmanuel de Brantes introducing the soul singer Shaïleen, giving the very best of her great voice.
Listen to her obama praising songs
And all of a sudden Mister de Brantes invited us all for a round of shoethrowing at Bush in the courtyard where a poster of the soon-to-be former president was set up.
And here's the video I made of the Shoethrowing competition, risking my life with all those flying obstacles in the air above me. Enjoy!

Seriously, Paris is having *too much fun* with the inaugural. It's starting to get me in party mood.
I like the atmosphere of the freedom in Paris. Good.
Love the art work. Wouldn't mind a McMonroe on my wall.
Absolutely fabulous!
I'am an artist, therefore, the artwork "caught" my eye first and foremost!...It's very unique and very beautiful...and the people of France, celebrating is....
Merci! Beaucoup!

I love visiting your blog after you've visited a gallery! and the shoe video--wow, so funny. I love how the world has taken to Obama!
P.S. So sorry about those blog stealing jerks...hope those thieves know about karma.
That last video is hilarious.
I am just so surprised that Parisians are so interested in American politics. When I took my daughters to France during Bush's reign, when questioned by the cab driver where we were from, my daughter blurted out Canada. Many of us can't stand Bush and his ilk and are very glad to see him (the republicans)gone, gone, gone.
the question is why did the us allow bush to continue as president knowing what it did when it did. the harm he did will be measured in decades brought to you by a nation run by the compliant at the expense of the middle class.
