New York Nostalgia in Luxembourgish Snowless Winter

At this time of winter without any sign of a snowflake, it really seems like a good idea to bring back the nostalgia of an eventful year. Enjoy a selection of a gazillion pictures I took this summer in the city of heat and hectic lifestyles.
This one is my favorite: A toilet in front of one of the Little Mermaid musical poster... did I hear someone say "flush"?
In case you wanna see more, and specifically the Meatpacking district or just have dinner at the Four Seasons Restaurant or at the now defunct Florent diner, follow these links and leave me some love on the comment pages:

No contest: those were the most delicious days of the entire summer.
What a treat to see things I've never seen before and live vicariously through your eyes and ears. My daughter and son-in-law will be in Paris for four days in February and I'd like to know what you would advise for them not to miss in Paris. Joyeaux Noel.
I'll be in NYC in about a week - your pictures are helping me feel excited about the trip. I especially like the one of piled garbage. That's so New York.
Yup, that's my city.
Looks pretty gray out now, with the rain falling on what's left of the dirty snow. The suburbs, on the other hand, look like a winter wonderland.
And I wish I was celebrating in Paris.
I love New York.Cool city.
