Vintage me up, Baby! NY in the 70*s

Erik had sent me all his love and even more: some fascinating vintage stuff for the library!
Among the documents in this time capsule, he had sent me a vintage map of NY from 1971, and I am still thinking on how to thank him in an appropriate way for all this (insert big ;) here, hehe).
I just love this map, and the funny graphic style in which the rendering is done. It also displays a lot of "tourist sites" that aren*t quite that touristy anymore, such as half a dozen churches one can visit...
So now as a special feature in the "maps", "vintage" and "what am I reading now" sections, here is exciting 1970*s NY:
