Yes, it may look like something you might find at a garage sale, but it*s just the regular stuff I keep finding in my dear neighborhood streets.
You always hear of people in Paris furnishing their entire apartment with stuff they find in the street, and you usually don*t believe them, but when you start keeping an eye open, you find a myriad of furniture and appliances to fill an entire hotel floor up.
If I hadn*t already got my chairs, I could have gotten an excellent pair of Bauhaus style black leather pipe chairs, just standing in my street, waiting for someone to pick them up! A walk in your *hood sometimes feels like a trip to Ikea, just that everything is free and slightly used.
Ok, I wouldn*t want a broken down old cooker in my place, but who wouldn*t want that car front to put over the fireplace, to pretend that you shot it last weekend at the Bois de Boulogne?
BTW that*s Elodie in the back, ready to get her train, waiting for me to hurry up.
