Weeeeee! Gay Pride day in Paris! When hundreds of thousands of people join in to have a party and dance in the streets and avenues to celebrate life.
According to organizers, about 700,000 people turned out for the city's Gay Pride this Saturday, which saw participants marching behind a banner reading: "We will not compromise on equality."
Let's not forget the London Pride, as well as Europride, this time in Madrid, 2 other prides organised on the same day in Europe. In Madrid organizers expected a total of 2.5 million people, including 200,000 from abroad. Read this article from the Middle East Times, for more details.
